If we place a tenant with you and that tenant vacates your property in less than six months, we will place a new qualified tenant at no additional cost.

We understand how important turnaround is to you and your bottom line. If we don’t rent your property in 29 days or less (when following the recommendations of your Real Property Management team), you will receive a discount on your first month’s management fee.
